Online Therapy First Steps

Step One
You will complete an online form here to book your initial consultation. This service can be conducted either via phone call or video call.
During the consultation we will get to know what challenges you are facing and what goals you would like to achieve in therapy. We will share our available services, therapy approach, discuss schedules, fees, and answer any questions you may have. Together we will then both ensure if we are a good fit or refer you to local therapists.
Please note: We only service clients residing in the States of California and Texas at this time.

Step Two
During our initial consultation, you can schedule an intake appointment directly with your therapist. If you need more time to think after our consult, take your time and get back in touch with us when you’re ready.
Once an intake appointment is scheduled, a secure email will be sent to you with the new client portal and intake paperwork that is to be completed 48 hours prior to the first appointment as well as a link for our secure video / phone call on the HIPPA compliant telehealth platform. Step Three
At the time of our appointment, we will both click or dial into the virtual therapy office.
We will conduct our session and your therapist will take notes on any interventions, recommended resources, or other assignments that we establish to help you take lessons from therapy into your everyday life.
At the end of each session, we will discuss goals for future appointments, confirm our next appointment, and discuss any questions you have about how things are going, or any changes you’d like to make to our work together.
